A temporary restraining order has been filed on behalf of Bose by GBC.
For some of you who may not know, Bose is well known for their sound systems such as speakers, headphones, and soundbars. You may even have Bose speakers in your car.
GBC filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bose. This lawsuit has been brought against numerous Amazon sellers. If you’re one of the sellers who received notice of this lawsuit, you received it by way of temporary restraining order. As you are probably aware, your funds are being withheld on Amazon.
