What do you need to do? You need to contact whoever made the complaint, that’s what Amazon wants you to do.
You need to show that the complaint is totally baseless and use the leverage that you have when the complaints are fake, fraudulent, and baseless. They are interfering with your contract with Amazon and they are defaming you if they’re accusing you of selling counterfeit products.
