What should be included in a Plan of Action?
Amazon requires that you submit a Plan of Action within three days of the notice that they have identified an issue with your business or listing, but it is crucial that this plan emphasize several aspects including;
- a root cause of the issue that has been identified
- a plan for immediate corrective action
- a long-term plan or a plan for systematic changes to your business so that the issue does not exist again
- documents that support the details of your plan
