Amazon Sellers VICTIMIZED & SUSPENDED for Baseless Copyright Allegations

I’ve got breaking news for Amazon sellers who suffer from baseless copyright allegations, and it’s like a one-two punch. It’s actually two different combinations I want you to be aware of.

If you get a copyright complaint, you want to serve a counter-notice, which says, “Sue me, I wasn’t doing anything wrong,” and simultaneously file an appeal. You could also do the DMCA counter-notice along with a pre-arbitration letter that goes to Amazon’s lawyers that say, “Hey, if you don’t resolve this, we are going to take you to arbitration.”

So those are two combination ways that we are finding to be successful to get your listings back, to get your accounts back when you are victimized by a baseless copyright allegation against your Amazon seller account.
