Reinstatement for a Retail Arbitrage Seller
CJ Rosenbaum & Jason Powell, one of our top paralegals at Rosenbaum Famularo, PC, talk about a successful reinstatement for a retail and online arbitrage seller.
The Case:
The seller was doing retail and online arbitrage. The seller was buying electronics from different locations across the country from typical retail stores or online. There was nothing questionable about their suppliers. The real trouble was tracking down the addresses.
Amazon’s allegations included that the products were inauthentic, however, the products were actually authentic. It took multiple Plans of Action to get the seller back on, but eventually we got her back on.
If Amazon is asking for more information, you need to answer their questions and give them exactly what they need. Don’t give them any more, and certainly don’t give them any less.
Invoices should have the same name, address, email and other information that appears on the seller’s account.
Plans of Action should include:
1. Identifying the issue after self-evaluation
2. Immediate corrective actions
3. Systematic changes to your business
We work just for sellers using Amazon’s leadership principles and our legal education experiences in a collaborative environment. We make sure Amazon sellers get their listings and accounts back as quickly as possible. We personally talk to every single seller for their input and when writing POA’s.
