Keurig Filing IP Complaints Against Amazon Sellers – How to Get REINSTATED & Back to Selling Online

If you are drinking coffee made with the K-cup, this video may turn your stomach and stop you from using anything having to do with the Keurig company.

So I’m a big coffee drinker. I’m at least a two or three-cup-a-day guy. Often, if I can work late, I’ll keep on going. I often make my coffee with K-cups, but I think I’m going to stop. You know why? Because Keurig is making complaints against Amazon sellers.

So what do you need to do if you are selling K-cups on Amazon, and either you received a complaint, or you’re fearful of receiving a complaint?

Well, number one, the best defense is a great offense, just like in football, just like in basketball, make sure you’re maintaining your documents, so that you can absolutely 100% and really quickly, show that your products are genuine.

Number two, you want to make sure that you know how to write a plan of action, so that if this comes down the pipeline, you can address it as quickly as possible.

So the bad news is Keurig filing IP complaints & going after you. The good news is, you are now empowered with the knowledge of how to get your listings back, how to get your accounts back, if a Keurig IP complaint takes you down. Also, if you’ve been watching these videos at all, you know you can contact me day or night, weekends. Here’s a review from Thanksgiving. While everyone else was off, I saw the phone ringing.
