Today’s News: Amazon Cracking Down on Resale Policy – LEARN How to Avoid Seller Account Deactivation

Amazon sellers, I’m talking about messages that Amazon sellers are receiving when you are buying on Amazon to resell on Amazon,

Amazon’s resale policy:  okay AMZ sellers, it is against the terms of service, it’s against Amazon’s policies for you to source your products on Amazon, and then resell the products on Amazon.

Many sellers contact us and they’re upset because they can’t buy on Amazon and resell on Amazon, or they get accused of inauthentic or even selling counterfeit products on Amazon when they are sourcing on Amazon.

Many of you are receiving a notice and it starts with:
“Hello, we have noticed that you purchase products from your Amazon account for the purpose of resale.”

If you’re doing this, number one, be a lot more careful. Okay? You can’t buy the same products from your Amazon account that is linked to your seller’s account. You just can’t do it. It’s an easy way of getting caught.

Number two, be very, very careful because if Amazon is selling products, they received those products from third party sellers, or they’re coming from another third party seller, and often you will have the same issues of accusations of selling counterfeit or inauthentic and now you can’t back up the genuineness of your products because you can’t send Amazon invoices from Amazon itself.

Breaking news, Amazon is cracking down on its resale policy a bit more. They’re sending you specific notices. If you receive them and you want some help, contact us. We’re here for Amazon sellers. I’m able to give you this news, because we are dealing with this issue on an ongoing basis for multiple sellers, just like you.
