SUCCESS: AMZ account reinstatement for a seller who received a false counterfeit infringement suspension.
Recently, one of our clients was flagged for counterfeit infringement on the Amazon platform. He was accused of selling counterfeit products. We detailed to the rights owner that made the complaint that he wasn’t in fact, selling counterfeits. He was selling genuine products on pre-existing detail pages. One we detailed that to the complainant, he issued a retraction. However, that wasn’t enough. We had to detail everything in an appeal to Amazon.
