Amazon Seller Litigation – The Most Common Claim Sellers Face When Sued
Breach of Contract Claims
If you are an Amazon seller who got sued, is being threatened with litigation, or you are considering bringing a lawsuit against someone else you should know how to deal with breach of contract claims. The type of claims which are typically considered a breach of contract include:
- Paying for services which are not provided
- Providing services to an individual or business that you are not appropriately compensated for
- a vendor or company that promised to help you sell products, but does not follow through
A breach of contract simply means an individual or business broke their agreement or their contract with you. You had an agreement in place, there was some compensation paid for the services, but the services or the benefit was never received.
If you are fearful that some person or company is going to sue you, or you feel that you made a deal and you didn’t get what you were expecting, chances are you will have a claim under the legal theory, what we call a cause of action for breach of contract.
