Being an Amazon Renewed seller, Amazon holds you and your products to a stand up metric you must keep up. You must keep a perfect order percentage of 85% or more or a defect rate of less than 0.8%.
All negative reviews must be less than 10% and your average product rating should be greater than four. Some products may have defects that can only be detected through a more detailed testing procedure. Your average product rating can drop below the standard because of a one star rating.
We have noticed that the majority of one-star ratings do not place dissatisfaction on the functionality of a item, but rather the customer’s personal opinion of value. So you could be a great seller with a 4.6 out of five customer satisfaction rate, and even have a 90% positive review rate. But if the APR drops under Amazon standard, your Amazon Renewed selling privileges will be revoked.
