EXPOSING Amazon’s Lawyers – UNFAIR Tactics Used in Seller ARBITRATIONS
So let’s say you’re in the middle of an arbitration and you feel like the arbitrator is totally screwing you, the case is one sided, Amazon is getting all the breaks and you’re just getting trampled on. What can you do?
Well, going to that arbitrator might be pretty useless, although I’m sure you would have by now expressed, “Hey, I really think you’re screwing me over for this, it is terribly unfair.” It is possible to communicate with the American Arbitration Association’s executive board, and while we have never started that communication, Amazon certainly did. We actually have a long letter written by Amazon’s lawyers that I thought was really, really slimy to write, because Amazon felt like one of the case managers was treating us a whole lot better than it was treating Amazon, and Amazon wanted that case worker to be removed from all of its cases because it didn’t feel like it was getting favorable treatment.
You can read this insane letter that Amazon wrote to them and basically threatened to pull the business away from the American Arbitration Association. But the point of this video is not just to expose what Amazon’s lawyers did, but to let you know that if you really are getting treated poorly and you’re not getting a fair shake in arbitration, you can approach the executive board at the American Arbitration Association.
