Hello, Amazon sellers. Today, I want to talk to you about something that’s pretty unique… I have a seller that I’ve been working with, who has been suspended for a counterfeit complaint. Before they came to us, they sent a number of appeals to Amazon. (I’m talking more than a dozen).
Recently, Amazon took away their appeal button. Our client came to us panicking, worried that they wouldn’t be able to appeal the issue anymore. I had to comfort them and let them know that just because Amazon takes away your appeal button doesn’t mean we don’t have any other channels to appeal the issue to. This doesn’t happen often. I know a lot of clients who come to us and they ask, “We sent 5 appeals so far; is Amazon going to shut us off?”
