Amazon sellers, I’ve got breaking news, and it’s good news for sellers who have an appeal button. It’s bad news for sellers who’ve already used it and it’s no longer lit up.
We’re seeing a dramatic increase in the success of AMZ appeals & plans of action that we write for sellers all over the world, when they can be submitted with the appeal button rather than sending them by email.
We don’t know why they’re having more success with the appeal button rather than by email. Often, email is easier to send attachments, your invoices, and authorization letters. But if you have the option of using an appeal button, absolutely use it.
If you are uncomfortable writing your own plan of action, if you’re uncomfortable writing your own appeal, contact us. We are here for sellers seven days a week. Also, if your suspension has anything at all to do with an intellectual property issue, trademark, copyright, patent, any intellectual property right issue at all, you should not pay anybody who is not an admitted lawyer to deal with that issue. Consultants, these other people, they have no business dealing with intellectual property issues.
