Today’s News: Keurig GOING AFTER AMAZON SELLERS for PATENT VIOLATIONS

Amazon sellers this week, I’m talking to you a lot about patent complaints being made against you, both design patent and utility patent.

Stop drinking K-cup coffee. That is the coffee I use at home. I slap a K-cup into my Keurig machine. I’ve got the one that spins the milk, so I can make a cappuccino when I have an extra 30 seconds. But I am done. You should be done.

Stop using K-cup machines, stop using K-cups in any way, shape or form, because they’re making complaints against Amazon sellers.

We’ve had already four calls this week from sellers just like you, where Keurig is needlessly going straight to the complaint. They’re not sending you a cease and desist communication so you can amicably stop selling if they’re right. Or you can amicably stop selling if it’s a small portion of your business. They’re just going straight to the complaint stage, and that really hurts sellers.

So, the breaking news for today, and I know this only affects a small portion of you. If you’re selling K-cups or anything to do with the Keurig company, consider stopping your sales to avoid the complaint, and then we can fight it out in the new year.
