I Got My Amazon Seller Account Suspended for Dropshipping….Now What??
As an Amazon seller, drop-shipping can be a great way to make some extra cash, but if you get your account suspended, it can be a real pain.
In this video, I’ll share with you what to do if your Amazon seller account gets suspended and how to get it reactivated.
Winning reactivation after drop-shipping
Amazon does allow dropshipping on their platform, but it is only permissible to a certain extent. The dropshipping of other brands like Target, Walmart, etc, on Amazon gives the appearance that customers are being serviced by a different company, and violates Amazons seller policies. You can resolve issues concerning drop-shipping by informing Amazon that you will be the seller on record for everything you sell through the company and attach it your POA.
Arguments to makeĀ
To win reactivation of your seller account you should demonstrate to Amazon that you are going to take full responsibility for your products. You will be the only seller on record and will be listed on each step of the process including packing slips and shipping labels, and this will show you are buying inventory not just selling the products of other brands. In addition to this, you will handle and be responsible for accepting and processing returns.
For Amazon sellers who utilize drop-shipping fulfillment center, you must instruct the center to only list you on all your packages in order to align with Amazons policies and get reinstated.
