Amazon Fulfilled By Merchant (FBM): What You Need to Know
Today, I want to talk to you about something that’s not talked about very often…
It’s a smaller part of your business. Let’s say today, I’m an Amazon seller. I have to worry about a multitude of things. Let’s take your Fulfilled By Merchant inventory and supply chain, your customer reviews / satisfactions, and your employee and staff.
So what happens when my business is up and running? I literally have a lot of balls up in the air. So, if I keep my eye on the balls, everything is fine. But if I tend to fall in love with one or two aspects of my seller accounts, I’m going to take my eye off the ball and what’s going to happen? I’m literally going to drop the ball.
What occurs if something like this happens? Your account can be deactivated. A lot of other things could happen as well.
So the takeaway from this video is… don’t fall in love with certain aspects of your company.
Maybe they’re the biggest revenue producers, but you have to pay attention to the smaller stuff as well, because that small stuff can turn into bigger issues if not paid attention to.
