“I want to share a little about my recent experience with CJ Rosenbaum and the Amazon Sellers Lawyer team. We had a pretty unfortunate circumstance where we had multiple IP infringement complaints issued against our account. We reached out to the manufacturer and they didn’t even know what we were talking about. Then we reached out to the party who has issued the complaints and they were unwilling to remove them. Then eventually, we got to Amazon and for whatever reason they didn’t take our invoices, which left us in a pretty big pickle. Leaving these things on your account can definitely lead to suspension and other problems. Rather than just let them remain and be stagnant on our account, we decided to reach out to CJ and see if he might be able to help. And oh my goodness… it was absolutely amazing! Within a couple of days, he was able to reach out to the other party and have them officially remove the complaint from Amazon and it took a whole bunch of weight off our shoulders. More importantly, it was easy. We reached out. We talked to CJ and his team immediately started taking action. Based on our experience, I would 100% recommend CJ if you have this or any kind of similar Amazon issue.”
How to avoid issues for new Amazon sellers:
If you are a new Amazon Seller, the most important thing you want to make sure you have is really good invoices for the products you’re going to resell on Amazon.
The basics of how we help sellers:
How we help depends on what the problem is. If someone is suspended for an issue that has nothing to do with intellectual property, we write a Plan of Action for that seller to submit to Amazon. We tell you how, when to submit, and what to submit. If a seller has been accused of violating someone’s intellectual property rights, what we do is work with that company and get them to withdraw their complaint to get that seller back to selling products on Amazon.
