The Importance of Non-Disclosure & Non-Compete Agreements as an Amazon Seller
Today, I want to talk a little bit about non-disclosure agreements and non-competes.
I get a lot of calls. A lot of Amazon sellers are always looking to grow their business. With doing so, they give other companies / individuals access to their account and maybe supplier information. It could be any sort of information that you don’t want someone using against you.
I think it’s really, really important to have contracts put in place before this happens.
Now, there’s nothing stopping them from using some of that information against you, unless you have a non-disclosure, a non-compete, things like that to protect yourself if the relationship either goes sour or if anything happens after an employee is terminated.
