Kicked Off AMZ? How to Get Approval for Selling Topical Products on Amazon
The sale of topicals continue to drive Amazon sellers crazy.
Today, we’re going to be talking to you about the problems that those of you who have been selling topicals are facing, and also sellers who want to begin selling topicals and the issues you’re facing.
For the advanced sellers, those of you who have been selling topical products on Amazon, and all of a sudden, you’re getting kicked off your listings, getting kicked off the category, this is going on around the entire country and the entire Amazon ecosphere. We are working with multiple sellers to get you back on, but then you’re getting kicked back off. If you’re an experienced seller and you’ve lost the ability to sell topicals, contact me, and I’m happy to let you know how we’re winning these cases and how you can potentially help yourself, or of course, the greatest team in the world, my staff here at AmazonSellersLawyer.com are here to help you, literally seven days a week.
Now, if you’re an AMZ seller and you’re trying to start selling topical products on Amazon, and you’re applying and applying, my suggestion is that you stop. I don’t think it is a great category to get into right now because the experienced sellers are having nothing but problems. So if you’ve already invested in inventory, then yes, keep marching forward, try and get in, try and get those products sold. But if you’re not, I would steer you a way from topicals right now. Maybe at the turn of the year, you get back into January, then you want to apply to sell this type of product into these categories, then you might want to do so. But right now, I would say for the newest sellers, stay away, run to the hill, sell other products, because you’re just asking for problems at the worst time of year to have any interference with your Amazon account.
