How to Win Reinstatement on Amazon w/ POA’s After Receiving Inauthentic Claims
Amazon sellers, what’s old is new again. Inauthentics are back with a vengeance, and I’m going to talk to you about a success we had last week.
This is Vin. He’s one of our awesome paralegals. While the product is a topical, and topicals have been a whole other source of problems for the last couple of months, this was a basic inauthentic suspension on Amazon.
What do you need to do to get inauthentic suspensions, whether it’s a listing or your account goes down, if you’re a relatively small seller, what do you need to do?
Number one is invoices, invoices and invoices. Number two is a really well-written, concise, persuasive plan of action that discusses your invoices. Every single plan of action, root cause, immediate corrective action, systemic or long-term changes to your business and when it comes to an inauthentic suspension, you need the invoices, a plan of action that describes your invoices and that’s how we get listings back every day of the week.
Again, what’s old is new again. Inauthentics have historically been the number one cause of your listings going down and to get them back quickly, you need a killer plan of action that is supported by killer documentation.
If you want to learn more about receiving inauthentic claims, or how to look at your invoices like an Amazonian, look at any one of our videos where we pick apart and share with you what we have learned by cross examining Amazon’s executives as to what they look for when they are examining your invoices.
