Arbitration vs Amazon when they refuse to release seller inventory & funds.
In the age of the coronavirus, one of the best selling products is of course, masks, but it leads to problems on Amazon.
We’re representing a seller against Amazon in an arbitration where Amazon has absolutely refused to release over $100,000 of this seller’s money. The goods were sent in, the products were sold, Amazon received the money for the products, but they won’t release the money.
So these are two types of cases that are just prime for arbitration vs Amazon:
Either Amazon refuses to release your money to you, or, Amazon refuses to return your property / inventory.
If Amazon has seized, sold, stole, or otherwise refuses to give you your money or your inventory, and you can’t resolve it amicably with plans of action, seller support or Bezos escalations, then your next step is arbitration.

I am also happy to get on the phone with you.
And my partner, Rob, manages that area of our practice.
Do not let Amazon be the final decision-maker! You can take the decision out of Amazon’s hands and bring them to binding arbitration!
