How To IMPROVE Your Plans of Action To Persuade Amazon’s Staff To Get Reinstated
So I was just interviewed by What the Tech, which is a great, great webinar. I was asked, what does your team do if you write a really killer plan of action, you send it to Amazon and what you get back just doesn’t seem to make a whole lot of sense?
This is what I said, and this is what I believe…
First off, the people in India are real people. They work hard. They’re trying to do the right thing by Amazon. They’re trying to do the right thing by the consumer. And I believe they’re trying to do the right thing by you, the Amazon seller. But they need certain tools and they need to get it quickly and concisely so you can persuade them.
So when you write a killer plan of action and you don’t get the result that you’re looking for, go back to the plan of action.
How can you improve it? What documents can you add to it to support the arguments that you’re making? How can you make it both more concise and simultaneously more persuasive?
