Don’t ignore an Amazon listing suspension!
We get a lot of calls every day and lots of them are listing suspensions. Amazon listing suspensions are not as problematic as account suspensions, but we get asked frequently, is it something I should fix or should I just let it sit and just see what happens?
We always prefer that sellers get listing suspensions off of their account health pages asap. The reason is that you are more likely to get an account suspension if you receive another complaint. No one wants to lose their account – once you do, it’s a lot tougher to find out what the problem is and get it straightened out. With a listing suspension, you could still get that listing reinstated and you can still have your account to keep on selling.
So address Amazon listing suspensions right away. It’s something that has to be done. If not, you are risking your entire account going down.
