Recently, one of our clients was flagged for counterfeit infringement on the Amazon platform. He was accused of selling counterfeit products. We detailed to the rights owner that made the complaint that he wasn’t in fact, selling counterfeits. He was selling genuine products on pre-existing detail pages.
