In this case, a seller was offering makeup products, specifically makeup remover. Unfortunately, they received a few customer complaints, even though their account was spotless (they reply to customers all the time and process full refunds).
Unfortunately, these customers were displeased with the consistency of the makeup remover. They were saying that the product was fake and not what they expected.
Even though the seller responded kindly to the customer and processed a full refund, Amazon still noted that listing as an inauthentic product. So we talked it over with the seller and made sure that they had invoices, which they did. Again, it’s great to show Amazon that your products are authentic by presenting them with invoices with sufficient supplier information and contact information. That way they can verify the supply chain.
On just our 1st plan of action sent to Amazon, we were able to reinstate the listing and the seller is able to offer the product again without any problems.
