Unauthorized logins into your Amazon account.
Amazon is suspending sellers, holding your money, freezing your inventory when Amazon thinks there’s an unauthorized login. We believe this is in response to the latest trend of hacking going on where sellers’ money is being diverted from your bank account and being sent over to Spain.
Old intellectual property complaints causing new suspensions.
As we have been telling sellers for years now… If you receive an intellectual property complaint, you need to contact whoever made that complaint. I don’t care if it’s another seller, I don’t care if it’s a big major corporation like Disney or Apple, whoever made that complaint, request a retraction and deal with the complaint before it becomes an emergency.
Seller code of conduct suspensions.
There has been a rise of seller code of conduct suspensions. First of all, whatever you’ve been doing all year long, don’t change anything about how you’re operating your account now. Maintain a steady sales pace and you will make more money at the end of the year. If you do make a change and you receive a seller code of conduct suspension or you’re not sure what sparked it, give us a call 1-877-9-SELLER. We’ll look at your account, we’ll try and figure it out for you. These are generally difficult suspensions to come back from. So be careful, review our videos on the new terms of service. We broke it apart paragraph by paragraph. You need to know what the contract says you can and cannot do. You need to know how to handle suspensions if you have one, and how to avoid suspensions if at all possible.
If you’ve been suspended on Amazon, contact us for a free consultation: 1-877-9-SELLER.
