Amazon Seller with Multiple Accounts Suspended for Inauthentic Health & Beauty Products
One of our clients who had multiple accounts had one of his bigger accounts suspended for inauthentic complaints. He sells health and beauty products and was worried that his other accounts were going to get shut down as well. We have represented him for years and he called for our help getting reinstated.
We went through his account, looking for specific complaints and buyer messages. Then, we checked General Listing to try to match up order dates with negative feedback. Our thought process was that maybe the buyer bought from them and Amazon caught that.
Working collaboratively with other members of our team, we noticed that the complaints surrounded one specific brand of shampoo. We went onto that specific brand’s website and saw the same negative feedback for the product.
When writing the appeal, we presented this information to Amazon, showing them that the issue wasn’t that our client had inauthentic health & beauty products, but the brand itself was bad. Once we did that, the appeal was accepted, and our client’s account was reinstated.
Every Plan of Action that the law firm of Rosenbaum Famularo works on is the result of our entire team’s collaboration. Nothing is outsourced. We consult with the client every step of the way and guide them on how to submit the appeal.
