Helping Amazon Sellers with Reinstatement
Every Plan of Action should have 3 sections:
1. ROOT CAUSE: do a self-evaluation of your business to figure out why the issue arose. Amazon almost always sends performance notifications when shutting down a product listing / ASIN. Performance notifications are a helpful tool in helping determine the root cause.
2. CORRECTIVE ACTION: changes to your shipping mechanism / your business. What are you going to do with your business to make sure you don’t have problems again in the future with Amazon?
3. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: What did you do to immediately make that client/customer happy? (We often include the customer actions very early in our POAs.) Set yourself up so that in your POA you can point out to Amazon what you did to preserve Amazon’s name and what you did to make that consumer happy.
