Needed Plan of Action: Amazon Appeal Reinstated after POA Submitted by Team at Rosenbaum Famularo, PC
We received a call from a small business owner in California regarding an Inauthentic Amazon Suspension.
The products were authentic and the proof of supply source is in-line. Amazon was asking for greater detail, stuck in the loop where they want proof of authenticity and they want to know why the client is continuing to receive inauthentic complaints from customers. This often happens after a seller submits a Plan of Action and usually means that Amazon wants to work with them to reinstate their account.
After a little bit of research, we found that the client had some negative feedback in relation to the products themselves. We found that customers were complaining that the items were possibly inauthentic and we came up with a Plan of Action.
We did some research online and found out why ink cartridges are not always compatible with printers, such as the software/firmware needs to be updated before the cartridge could be installed, or the ink cartridge still had a label attached when placed in the printer.
All of our research is done in-house and tailored to each issue; we do reuse successful arguments and ideas, but we do not utilize templates.
We placed all this information into the appeal to give Amazon the greater detail they needed, and also to persuade Amazon as to why the inauthentic complaints were baseless because the product was inauthentic, but possibly because the product was being used incorrectly.

The ideas to research the causes of printer cartridge problems and mistakes that consumers make, and then follow up with a Plan of Action for the seller to provide better customer service so sellers don’t make these mistakes is genius.
