Dropshipping on Amazon: Avoid Complaints by Registering for FBA
Hello, my name is Max, and I’m a paralegal at the law firm of Rosenbaum, Famularo & Segall PC. I’m here today to talk to you about drop shipping cases on Amazon, which I’m not going to lie, are kind of hard to win, but there are a few ways you can strengthen your case.
First thing you can do is register for FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
It shows that you’re committed to following Amazon’s policies, that you want to be a compliant seller, and it’s kind of hard to drop ship when you’re sending out your products through Amazon Fulfillment Center.
The next thing, if you already have products at an Amazon Fulfillment Center, remove all your inventory, start with a clean slate.
Switch all of your products to FBA, not just the ones that you got prior to drop shipping. It just shows your commitment to Amazon and makes them a little more willing to work with you.
After you’ve done all that, you then start the appeal process, because it just makes the whole thing just that much easier.
