What Amazon Sellers Need to Know about Design Rights & Infringement Allegations
Design right issues come about when Amazon is trying to enforce the rights of another brand and basically says, we’re taking your listing down because we believe it infringes upon X, Y, Z’s designed right. So, for example, if they say, “We think your listing infringes Apple’s design right,” well, there’s a number of things Apple has patented. So, you have to investigate your listing in comparison to what Apple owns in the design right.
So, keep that in mind. Watch out for your Amazon listings, especially as we’re in Q4. We want to make sure that everybody remains selling as best they can. And with that, thank you so much for joining me for today’s video. We hope to see you again.
