Get into the UK, get into Japan, and also diversify how you sell your products. Get on eBay, if it’s appropriate, Newegg, Etsy, Walmart, Jet, whatever it is, sell on other avenues even though Amazon has the lion share of the market.

Amazon has been shifting to more specific email addresses for different issues.
They are categorizing issues more, and then hiring/placing people in specific teams to handle specific issues. Like many programs, Amazon tests it in the UK, which is a large market, but nowhere near as large as here in the United States.
I know this is specific information and applying to electronic sellers selling in the UK, but it’s also important for sellers all over the world and in all products. Just like Amazon has been weeding out certain emails here in the United States, Amazon tests these specific emails in the UK before bringing them here in the United States.
So for Amazon sellers all over the world, you can rest assured that if this program goes well in the UK, Amazon will start developing specific teams here in the US or specific teams located in India to deal with US sellers, product category by product category, and often product category problem by product category problem.
So Amazon sellers beware, there’s always change coming, and the change has to do with specific teams dealing with specific problems, within specific product lines.
