SUCCESS: Winning Plan of Action for Amazon Price Gouging Suspension
An Amazon seller received a performance notification on an ASIN for a fair pricing policy violation.
When we took a look at the ASIN, we noticed that all of the other third party sellers were also removed from this listing. After speaking with our client, they informed us that they did not sell any of this product within the last 365 days. We were able to use that to our advantage in our appeal to Amazon. We explained that the client was on the listing with the intent to sell, however they did not sell anything.
