Receiving a 72-Hour Notice for a Dropshipping Issue on Amazon

What Happens When Sellers Receive a 72-Hour Notice For a Dropshipping Issue on Amazon?

I am insanely proud that a full one-third or more of our current clients are clients we’ve been helping year after year after year, that come back to us whenever they have a bump in the road selling on Amazon.

In this case, it’s a client of ours, who I met at a very small trade show outside of Chicago. I’m not going to tell you his name, but the initials are S.S.

So any way, S.S. received a 72-hour notice for a dropshipping issue where the goods were sourced from Home Depot.

Normally these cases are very, very difficult to win..

But our awesome team won this case at the first swing at the plate by showing that:

Number one; the product was entirely genuine.

Number two; the customer, Amazon’s customer, received exactly what they expected.

Number three; that if a refund was necessary, that’s exactly what the consumer would receive; a full 100% refund. They could even keep the product for free if that’s what they want to do.

So Kerry, great job. Kerry’s one of our awesome paralegals. To our client, S.S., congratulations on your Amazon account being reactivated. Every time you have a bump in the road on Amazon, continue to call upon us because as you are aware, we are here for you seven days a week, 24 hours a day, literally 365 days a year.
