How Our Team Successfully Gets Sellers Back to Selling on Amazon After Suspension
Amazon sellers, in this video I’m going to describe the process that we use to help thousands of sellers every single year, all over the world, get their accounts & listings reactivated on Amazon.
So here’s the process that the vast majority of sellers use to hire us to help get reactivated:

You will receive an email from us that has two links. One is our retainer agreement. You will see exactly what you are getting in exchange for our fee. The second link is to a credit card processing company, and that’s how you pay us. We handle most Amazon suspensions for a flat fee of $3,500. If you are a larger seller with more frequent problems, you can put us on an hourly retainer.
Once you sign your written retainer agreement and you make your payment through our credit card processing department, we receive confirmation. My partner Anthony Famularo knows more about Amazon reinstatements than anybody on earth. He reviews every single case that comes in, and then he assigns it to the appropriate paralegal and managing attorney to make sure that you get the fastest, the best, the most persuasive plan of action to submit to Amazon. That’s our process.

If you win the first swing at the plate we see it, we are heroes, you’re back in business, everybody is happy.
If Amazon asks for more information, you relay that email back to your assigned paralegal, and that assigned paralegal will then write a supplemental plan of action for you to submit back to Amazon.
